1. Program Overview
The Apollo Campus Champion Program is a student-focused initiative of Bank of Abyssinia designed to increase awareness, adoption, and active use of the Apollo digital banking platform within university communities across Ethiopia.
The Program enables eligible students to participate as Apollo Campus Champions and promote Apollo among their peers and social networks through referrals and other approved activities.
The objective of the Program is to engage students at an early stage, establish awareness and familiarity with Apollo, encourage digital financial-service adoption, and build long-term relationships between students and Bank of Abyssinia.
By registering for or participating in the Program, a participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules or requirements communicated by Bank of Abyssinia.
2. Eligibility
The Apollo Campus Champion Program is exclusively for eligible students enrolled in a recognized higher educational institution in Ethiopia.
An applicant must meet the eligibility requirements established by Bank of Abyssinia at the time of registration and throughout participation in the Program. At a minimum, an applicant must possess and provide:
- A valid Student ID or other acceptable evidence of current student status; and
- A valid National ID or other identification document accepted by Bank of Abyssinia.
The Bank may require additional documents, information, or verification at any stage of registration or participation. All documents and information submitted by an applicant or Champion must be accurate, valid, complete, and authentic.
Submission of the required documents does not automatically guarantee acceptance into the Program. Participation remains subject to verification and approval by Bank of Abyssinia.
Bank of Abyssinia reserves the right to reject an application, suspend participation, or remove a Champion where the applicant or participant does not satisfy the applicable eligibility, documentation, verification, or other Program requirements.
3. Registration and Apollo Account
Eligible students must complete the registration process specified by Bank of Abyssinia to participate as Campus Champions.
A Champion may also be required to have an active Apollo account in order to participate and receive applicable incentives.
Where an Apollo account is required, the Champion is responsible for ensuring that the account is registered using accurate and valid information and remains in good standing.
